So to put in generally, personality development can be said to be a growth of one existing personality, and the growth is for the better, for more effective purposes and for highly constructive objectives. Development of one’s personality doesn’t have an end point because it is a life long continual process. Personality development includes continuously improving abilities, accepting and overcoming the weakness and empowering your strengths.
