Beat the bad mood!!!
Moods according to behavior studies are said to be a fixed outlook influenced by an emotion either positive or negative and which can prolong to either a long or short duration. Positive emotions create a happy and pleasant mood but in contrast if you are unhappy, anxious or angry your mood can be very negative, which can affect your surroundings as well. So in the process, you either make a person happy or unhappy. And since, moods have been found to have a connection with food and colors so to beat that bad mood make yourself comfortable and pleasant with some good food eaten alone to calm you, wear some pastel shades to lighten your mood and above all think positive.
